As our name suggests we are Base, Boiler and Air Conditioning Service Engineers. Is an organization was founded in 1989. We are classified as DBE, certification 0066-96, and our Corporation is an "R" Stamp Holder.

Our Staff, includes highly qualified Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Boiler Specialist, Certified Welders, licensed Air Conditioning Technicians and HVAC Specialists.

We sell, install and provide maintenance and reconstruction services for all HVAC related equipments as follows:

Boilers: new boiler installation, refractory, insulation, tube replacement/repairs, combustion analysis, calibration, controls, boiler modifications.

Air conditioning: system installations and maintenance services for the pharmaceutical industry and commercial buildings, among others. Our technical personnel is experienced in DX Refrigeration and Chilled Water Systems.

BASE, Inc. has carried out many successful projects serving the industry on new large mechanical installations, as well as expansions and/or modifications of existing mechanical facilities.
